Security

A quiet product, with the doors labeled.

Pipecove is meant to feel simple. The controls underneath are specific: who can sign in, who can see a phone number, and who owns the data.

Sign-in you can lock down

Email and password, with an authenticator code when two-factor is on. Five failed attempts lock the sign-in. A password reset signs out other sessions.

Roles with a hard edge

Workspace admins invite agents and choose which parts of the CRM each person can open. Agents do not inherit the whole desk by default.

Assigned work stays assigned

A lead given to an agent is that agent’s book. Deal lists hide email and phone unless the person also has access to Contacts.

You own the customer data

Contacts, notes, messages, and files you enter belong to you. Pipecove hosts and processes them so the CRM can run. We do not sell personal information.

A workspace can be stopped

The platform super admin can deactivate a workspace. Deactivated teams cannot keep working in it until it is turned back on.

Deletes are recoverable

Admins have a trash view. A mistaken delete does not have to be the end of the record.

Where the data sits in the relationship

Workspace customerYou are the controller of the leads you upload. You need a lawful reason to store them and to message them.

PipecoveWe process that data to provide the CRM: hosting, search, sending, and billing. Details are in the privacy policy.

RegionsThe policies cover teams in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
